Bourne Valley Good Neighbour Link Scheme
The Link Scheme exists to provide the kind of service that any good neighbour would give to those elderly and disabled who live in our community. By calling our Coordinators number; 01980 611117, clients can make requests for help in getting to hospital, doctor’s, dental appointments, the supermarket or hairdresser, or simply have someone visit to chat over a cup of tea. All that we ask is a donation towards petrol costs, as much as the client feels able to give. Those who wish to volunteer as drivers or to help in any way, please contact Terry Cull, our recruitment officer, on 01980 629346.
Our next Coffee Morning will be held on Saturday 22nd November at Newton Toney Memorial Hall. This will be from 10.30am – 12 noon, as usual and will be our pre-Christmas Bazaar.
